Ashley Ghostkeeper is a Metis-Cree Country Artist originally from Red Deer, Alberta. She was born into a family of singers and songwriters and is heavily influenced by their love of music. A natural storyteller, Ashley’s music connects with her listeners at a deeper level of meaning, while staying true to her country roots. At 8 years old, she began writing and singing her own songs drawing inspiration from artists such as Miranda Lambert, Sara Evans, and The Chicks. The classic 90s country sound helped to carve her honest, down to earth style with an early 2000s country feel. Ashley’s unique singing style encompasses a feeling of sensitivity with a blissful melodic twang.

In her short time in the Canadian Country Music scene, Ashley has seen great success and appeared on both APTN and Global News Edmonton. Both Media outlets featured her on a National level, showcasing her for her amazing writing and music talent. Along with opening up for the iconic Canadian group C-Weed Band, Ashley has also been the show opener for US based Country musician  ALEE. Summer of 2022 saw Ashley entertaining crowds at numerous summer festivals, including the popular downtown Winnipeg, Manitoba Music Festival-Sakihiwe.
